Our coffee begins in the fertile soils of Finca San San Francisco, nestled in the mountains of Chinameca, San Miguel. For more than 100 years, our family has cared for these lands, cultivating Pacamara beans under the shade of native trees and with respect for the environment. Every step, from hand-picking to careful processing, reflects our commitment to tradition, sustainability, and the people who make it possible.

What we offer now:

  • Medium roast whole bean coffee 🌿

  • Medium roast freshly ground coffee at your selection (depending on your coffee maker style)

  • Coming next year: Dark roast option 🌑

  • Convenience: Freshly ground coffee available to fill your reusable pods ♻️

Our RoastINg approach

Our coffee is roasted in small batches, close to origin, with a focus on consistency, freshness, and respect for the work done at the finca.

Roasting near origin allows us to maintain control over quality while honoring the flavors developed during cultivation, harvest, and drying. Each batch is carefully roasted to highlight the natural character of our Pacamara beans—balanced acidity, smooth body, and subtle notes shaped by the land where they are grown.

Why local roasting matters:

  • Supports jobs in El Salvador 👩‍🌾

  • Ensures freshness by keeping beans whole until brewing

  • Preserves authentic Salvadoran flavour in every cup

We combine the heritage of our finca with the precision of a master roaster. The result is a cup that not only tells the story of Chinameca’s mountains and traditions, but also carries the passion of those who dedicate their craft to unlocking the flavours hidden inside every bean.

🌱 Looking ahead: Starting next year, we will also distribute coffee grown in Chinameca from other producers who share our same commitment to caring for the environment—amplifying our impact and supporting more local families.

Currently, we are only able to sell coffee in Canada.
