Our coffee begins in the fertile soils of Finca San San Francisco, nestled in the mountains of Chinameca, San Miguel. For more than 100 years, our family has cared for these lands, cultivating Pacamara beans under the shade of native trees and with respect for the environment. Every step, from hand-picking to careful processing, reflects our commitment to tradition, sustainability, and the people who make it possible.

Our Roaster: Tostaduria Torres, San Salvador
Behind every cup of Café San Francisco is the expert hand of Tostaduria de Café Torres, a family-run roastery in San Salvador with decades of experience in artisan roasting. Founded with the vision of bringing out the very best in Salvadoran coffee, Torres has become a trusted name in the local coffee industry, known for its attention to detail and uncompromising quality.
At Tostaduria Torres, coffee is treated with the same respect as a fine craft. Each batch is small-batch roasted, carefully monitored for temperature, aroma, and color. This ensures our Pacamara beans reveal their natural character—floral notes, balanced acidity, and smooth body. Beyond coffee, Torres also applies their roasting expertise to maize, cocoa, and nuts, demonstrating both versatility and mastery.
Why local roasting matters:
Supports jobs in El Salvador 👩🌾
Ensures freshness by keeping beans whole until brewing
Preserves authentic Salvadoran flavour in every cup
By partnering with Torres, we combine the heritage of our finca with the precision of a master roaster. The result is a cup that not only tells the story of Chinameca’s mountains and traditions, but also carries the passion of those who dedicate their craft to unlocking the flavours hidden inside every bean.
🌱 Looking ahead: Starting next year, we will also distribute coffee grown in Chinameca from other producers who share our same commitment to caring for the environment—amplifying our impact and supporting more local families.
Currently, we are only able to sell coffee in Canada.
